ENGLISH - A INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
UVGI STATUS
When the UVGI is turned on, a UV icon appears in the status container (right side of the OLED display). The Status Code (1) also appears under
the UV icon. The list of codes that may appear are shown in the table below.
Status Code Description
WAIT UVC bulbs are in preheat state. It may stay in the state up to 30 seconds to allow the bulbs to become
ready
ON High Output state, indicating the UVGI module is ready for germicidal irradiation
ERR There is an error. There could be defective bulbs, or UVGI unit is not ready in 30 seconds
COOL Cool-down period is in effect after the UVC bulbs have been on HO state for some time
IDLE Status changes to idle when the machine is not moving for 60 seconds during scrubbing. UV is turned off
during idle. When the machine starts moving again, the UVGI starts up as well
UCFG UVGI is not con ¿ gured in the system
OFF Off state
LED STATUS TABLE
There are 3 operating LED’s (2) that indicate the status of the bulbs, one Status LED per bulb.

Reaching 90° C temperature limit Red/Yellow Flash ON
FAULTS
The UVGI unit is monitored by the MMC(Main Machine Controller). If the Unit is not ready upon power-up within 30 seconds, a fault is set (9-0001)
“UVGI is not ready”. This fault is also indicated during operation if there is a problem with the UVGI unit. Contact Nil ¿ sk for service should the
fault remain on after the 30 second warm-up.
