• Do not touch the main body or the stage while the equipment is in
motion. Your hands or fingers could be caught in the machinery.
• Do not place your hands or fingers within the movement range of the
stage in the X and Y directions or under the components that move in
the Z direction. Your hands or fingers could be caught in the
machinery.
• When working on the stage, such as placing a workpiece on the
stage, never move the movable components.
