DESCRIPTION AND FUNCTIONS OF THE CONTROL PANEL ELEMENTS

1) RED LIGHT SIGNAL “ERROR”:

Indicates that an error has occurred in the fruit processing line (e.g. the emergency stop switch has been pushed
or the doors of the destoning machine are open).

2) EMERGENCY STOP SWITCH:

The emergency stop switch interrupts the functioning of the whole fruit processing line when pushed.
In order to continue working, it is necessary to deactivate it by pulling it.

3) MODE SWITCH:

Switch used for selecting manual or automatic mode.
This  switch  affects  the  whole  function  of  all  the  machines  of  the  entire  fruit  processing  line  (

see  section  7.2  for

more information

).

4) ON/OFF BUTTON:

Each machine connected to the fruit processing line has an assigned button marked with a nametag.

This button is divided in 2 parts: the green button »

ON

« and the red button »

OFF

«.

The  green  button  »

ON

«  starts  the  selected  machine  when  pushed  (manual  mode  only).  Once  pushed  a  green

light will turn on indicating that the machine is running.
The red button »

OFF

« stops the selected machine when pushed (manual mode only). The green light will turn off.

5) FREQUENCY REGULATOR:

Regulates the speed of the selected machine. By turning the knob to the left the speed will decrease. By turning
the knob to the right the speed will increase.

6) PUMP MODE SWITCH:

This  switch  is  used  for  selecting  manual  or  automatic  functioning  of  the  pump  (EURO30).  Regularly  a  pump  is
used to pump the achieved product from the stone cleaner to the stone cleaner (stone fruit processing line). The
stone  cleaner  has  a  level  switch  that  activates  automatically  the  pump  when  the  collection  tray  is  full  (the
automatic mode has to be selected).

The  central  command  box  controls  the  operation  of  the  entire  fruit  processing  line;  therefore  some
actions performed will affect all the machines that conform the processing line.
