General points for the installation engineer

For the Installer

FIGHTER 1310 HPAC

In accordance with current norms, the heating/cooling
installation must undergo an installation check before
being used. The inspection must be carried out by a
suitably qualified person and should be documented.
The above applies to closed heating/cooling installa-
tions.  If the heat pump or the cooling module are
replaced the installation must be inspected again.

The FIGHTER 1310 must be installed on a firm sur-
face, preferably a concrete floor or a concrete founda-
tion in a boiler room or a separate equipment room.
HPAC is installed suspended on the wall.  Avoid
installing it in or adjacent to a sound-sensitive room.
Wherever the unit is located, any wall that backs on to
a bedroom should be fitted with sound insulation.

The FIGHTER 1310 must be transported and stored
upright and dry. HPAC should be transported and
stored horizontal and dry.

Collectors

Inspection of the installation

The length of the collector hose varies depending on
the rock /ground conditions and on the distribution
system.

The maximum length of each loop is 500 metres.

The hose normally used is PEM hose 40 x 2.4 PN 6.3.

Collectors are always connected in parallel, with some
means of adjusting the flow.

Control of the heating/cooling production normal takes
place according to the floating regulation principle, i.e.
the temperature level needed for cooling/heating at a
specific outdoor temperature is produced with the help
of collected values from the outside and flow sensors.
As an option, room sensors can also be used to com-
pensate for deviations in room temperature.

Floating regulation

PLEASE NOTE!

This system solution means that the

heat transfer fluid will also circulate

through the heating system. Check

that all component parts are designed

for the heat transfer fluid in question.
