Principle of operation
NIBE ELK 5/8 is an electric heater that is primarily intended
for installation together with a heat pump for heating
buildings.
ELK 5/8 contains overheating protection and contactors
to externally regulate the two power groups.
The electric heater is in principle an immersion heater
mounted in a water container or an electric boiler without
a water heater.
The stainless steel electric coils and electric boiler tube are
made of stainless steel (SIS 2333) which gives a very good
service life.
Economical
A small water volume and a well insulated cassette mean
small heat losses.
