The Phone Book   

 

 

    Memory

Dialing From The Phone Book

1.  Press        button.

2.  Scroll to the required memory location using     or     buttons. To 

quick search in the Phone Book press the corresponding number 

button one or more times for the first letter (refer to the table on the 

previous page).

3.  Press      button or 

CALL BACK

 button to dial the displayed number. 

If you do nothing the phone will return to standby mode.

Changing Phone Numbers/Names

1.  Press        button. 

2.  Scroll to the required memory location using     or     buttons.

3.  Press and hold 

STORE

 button until “

EDIT?

” is displayed. 

 Press 

STORE 

button.

4.  Changes to the displayed telephone number can be made using 

DELETE

 button and     or     buttons. Press 

STORE 

button.

5.  Changes to the displayed name can be made using 

DELETE

 button 

and     or     buttons. 

6. Press 

STORE

 button to confirm the changes.

Deleting A Phone Book Entry

1.  Press        button.

2.  Scroll to the required memory location using     or     buttons. 

3.  To delete a single number, press 

DELETE

 button, “

DELETE?

” will 

be displayed. Press and hold 

DELETE

 button until the displayed 

telephone number disappears.

4.  To delete all numbers, press and hold 

DELETE

 button until “

DELETE 

ALL?

” is displayed. Press and hold 

DELETE

 button until “

EMPTY

” is 

displayed.

The telephone has 2 one-touch memories (

M1

 and 

M2

) and 10 two-touch 

memories (

MEM

) for the most frequently dialed telephone numbers. When 

a number is stored into Memory you will press one or two buttons depending 

on where the desired number is stored. The direct one-touch memories are 

M1

 and 

M2

. To call a two-touch memory number, first press 

MEM

, then the 

corresponding numerical digit (0-9) on the keypad.

Storing One-Touch Memories

1. Press 

STORE 

button.

2.  Enter the telephone number to be stored (up to 22 digits). 

 Press 

STORE 

button.

3.  Enter the name (up to 16 characters). Press the corresponding number 

button one or more times for the first letter (see the above table). 

 Press 

STORE 

button.

4.  Press either 

M1

 or 

M2

 button to store the number.

Dialing Using One-Touch Memories

1.  Lift the handset or press      button and wait for a dial tone.

2.  Press either 

M1

 or 

M2

, the stored telephone number will now be dialed.

Storing Two-Touch Memories

1. Press 

STORE 

button.

2.  Enter the telephone number to be stored (up to 22 digits). 

 Press 

STORE 

button.

3.  Enter the name (up to 16 characters). Press the corresponding number 

button one or more times for the first letter (see table on page 7).

4.  Press either 0-9 to store the number.

Dialing Using Two-Touch Memories

1.  Lift the handset or press      button and wait for a dial tone.

2. Press

3.  Select a memory location by pressing the relevant keypad digit 0-9.
