2. Hardware Setting & Driver Install
Quick Guide
① After restart PC, connect (Plug-In) Touch Screen cable to PC port
nxTCon is the software for the Infrared Touch Screen of Nexio Co., Ltd. It provides full touch screen function for all
software applications running under Microsoft Windows.

nxTCon Program Advantages
• Enables to set either touch mode and drawing mode
• Enables to set touch rotation based on the angle of
the screen.
• Provides the function of calibration and adjustment of
touch point (cursor).
• Provides the function of multi monitor mode.
(clone, independent and stretch mode)
• Provides the function of right mouse click.

System Requirements.
• Minimum Intel Celeron 1.6GHz CPU, 1G RAM
(For Multi-point, Intel Core2 DUO 1.7GHz CPU are recommended)
• USB 2.0
• Windows 2000/XP/Vista/7 (supports USB Touch)
• Number of monitor supported : 2 monitors

nxTCon Install
1. Running Install Program
① Install program starts by Autorun function when inserts CD. Select [Install] to start installation.
② “InstallShield Wizard for iNexio IR Touch Driver”, click [Next]
③ “License Agreement”, click [Yes]
④ “Choose Destination Location”, click [Next]
⑤ “Select Program Folder”, click [Next]
⑥ “Start Copying Files”, click [Next]
⑦ “Setup Status”
⑧ Select “Yes, I want to restart my computer now”, and restart PC.

② Hardware installations will automatically when notifications on taskbar as below appear.

Uninstall nxTCon
<Driver Uninstall on Windows 2000/XP>
1. Start -> Program -> iNexio -> Select “Uninstall nxTCon” to remove program.

1. Start -> All Program -> iNexio -> Select “Uninstall nxTCon” to remove program.

• In case of using extension cable, electric power hub or
repeater should be used at every connection of 5M.
• The driver for suitable OS should be installed.
• Remove USB cable and restart PC when install or uninstall
nxTCon. It might not work properly without restarting PC. After
restarting PC, connect USB cable.
• Windows XP 64bit/Vista 64bit/7 32bit/7 64bit does not support
Beep sound.
• 2 monitors are supported as Multi monitor.
• Due to UAC (User Account Control) function on Vista OS, 1)
process is required or 2) should be set when running nxTCon.
1) Click right mouse button after selecting driver icon, click “Run
as administrator”
2) Click right mouse button after selecting driver icon, go to
Properties->Compatibility->check “Run this program as an
administrator”, Click “Show settings for all users”
• Back to factory default setting, go to Setup tab, click “Factory
Reset”
