The rear (rotisserie) burner is equipped with a safety control valve. If rear burner
flame is extinguished, the safety will automatically shut off the gas supply to that
burner.
TO LIGHT REAR (ROTISSERIE) BURNER
1. Push in control knob, at the same time push safety button.
2. Turn control knob counter clockwise to high. A spark will ignite the burner. If
ignition does not take place, repeat the step1, 3 or 4 times. If the burner still is not
ignited, turn valve to OFF and stop depressing the safety button. Wait for 5 minutes
and then repeat the above lighting procedure.
3. After burner is lit, keep the safety button depressed for 5 seconds. When
releasing pressure from the safety button, the burner should remain lit.
If rear burner is extinguished, turn control knob to OFF. Wait 5 minutes and repeat
the lighting instructions.
Step 1 – Depress control knob, at the same
time depress safety button
Step 2 – Turn control knob to high. Keep
safety button depressed
Step 3 – Keep depressing safety button
for 5 seconds. Release pressure on
safety button. Main burner should
remain lit
