Description xx [ int ] - Controller number

DESCRIPTION This command will start the process of homing the actuator to its
negative hard limit. Once the actuator is homed, the position is set
to zero.
RETURNS
This command will return 1 if the actuator has been Homed and 0
if it has not been Homed since the last power up.
