This selected charge point can be connected to a Charge
Point Operator (CPO) backoffice via WiFi or ethernet.
In case of an error or issue, on site support is needed
from a ZE-Ready certified installer. Your Renault dealer
should be able to provide you a list of ZE-Ready certified
installers.
2. CHARGE POINT OPERATION
