3.4.4 Wiring for 4 x 4 matrix
With this wiring type, there are four enable lines and four signal lines.
The enable lines are permanently assigned to X4.2 and X4.3, X4.4. and X4.5 and the signal lines to X4.6,
X4.7, X4.11 and X4.12.
