8. 

Warranty 

8.1. The  manufacturer  guarantees  the  system  quality,  if  the  rules  of  operation,  stor-
age,  transportation,  mounting  and  maintenance  prescribed  in  the  operational  docu-
mentation are observed. 

8.2. Warranty  period  for  the  system  is  24  months  from  the  delivery  date  to  the  cus-
tomer. 

The  warranty  period  of  components  exposed  to  wear  (electrodes  and  cables)  is  30 
days. 

There is no warranty for consumables (gels and pastes). 

The warranty period can be prolonged for the period of repair (see chapter  9 

“Recla-

mation”). 

8.3. The guarantee is stopped if: 

  the rules of operation, storage, transportation, mounting and technical servicing are 

not observed; 

  the warranty period is expired; 

  user breaks the seal without permission of the manufacturer. 

8.4. The manufacturer is obliged to repair the system in case of  its breakdown during 
the warranty period free of charge. The repair is carried out in Neurosoft service cen-
ter (5, Voronin str., Ivanovo, 153032, Russia) in compliance with the procedure stated 
in chapter 9 

“Reclamation”.
