Special circuit diagrams are available on request.
Information regarding tightening torques for screws as well as cross sec-
tions for valves and hoses can be found in Ch. Technical data, page 7.
When installing the NTK, carry out the following steps in succession:
1.
Notice:
The NTK must rest fully so that no tension in the housing oc-
curs when tightening the fastening screw, which could cause mechan-
ical damage. Mount the NTK with the central fastening screw and a
suitable lock washer on a clean and even surface (±0,1 mm flatness)
without any paint residues or burn-ins.
Depending on the intended use, NTK can be screwed on either with
the housing or with the piston.
Types from size NTK 55 E up have additional
mounting holes (4) in the housing.
If necessary, use all additional mounting holes
and the corresponding number of lock washers
to additionally secure the housing to the mass
to be vibrated.

2. Observe the recommended values for screw sizes and tightening tor-
ques.
3. In addition, use a medium-strength liquid safety agent to secure the
screw connections.
4. Observe the recommended cross-sections for valves and hoses. For
the air supply, preferably use screw connections with integrated seals
