VLAN Tag Priority uses the tag field information which has been inserted into an Ethernet frame. If a port has
an 802.1Q-compliant device attached (such as this modem), these tagged frames can carry VLAN
membership information.
IEEE 802.1Q Tagged Frame for Ethernet:

Each Priority level can be set queue from 0 to 3.
Scheduling Configuration item can setup the type is from 1 to 3. Queue from 0 to 3 can set up their Queue
Weight form 1 to 15.
