9.13 Maintenance
On the maintenance page that is shown in Figure 27, you can download a le
that contains the current device conguration and the system logs, by pressing
the download link. In case of technical problems please include this le in your
support request, such that your device conguration can be reproduced and
that system problems can be investigated.
A downloaded conguration le can be re-uploaded at a later point in time.
This allows for a quick switching between dierent device congurations. In
order to upload a conguration, please select the conguration le and press the
upload button. Please be aware that uploading a dierent conguration might
modify the IP address of the device. In order to avoid a faulty conguration
state, please only upload congurations that have previously been downloaded
through the web interface.
If you are experiencing troubles with your current device conguration,
you can reset all conguration settings to the factory defaults, by pressing the
reset button. Please note that this will also reset the network conguration,
which might lead to a change of SceneScan's IP address. This is equivalent to
pushing the reset button on the backside of the device (see Section 6.4).
If SceneScan shows signs of erroneous behavior, it is possible to reboot the
device by pressing the `reboot now' button. It will take several seconds until
