Replacing Trunk Parts

• (D) Place the washers in the recesses and mount the nuts

Note! 7 mm socket

• (C) Interconnect the three plugs

Note! Make sure locking hooks catch.

• (B) Mount multiplug and lock with locking plate and spring

• (A) Mount coax cable

• Turn the unit around

• Place the packing in correct position

• Place the airduct in correct position

• (A) Release coax cable

• (B) Disconnect multiplug.

Remove locking spring and disengage locking plate as illus-
trated.

• (C) Disconnect remaining three plugs

Push up locking spring as indicated.

• (D) Unscrew 8 nuts an remove washers.

Note! 7 mm socket

• Lift off airduct

• Remove packing carefully.

• Turn the MCU upside down.
• Remove the large screws fastening the enclosing box

Note! 7 screws – M4x6

• Remove the screws fastening the locking spring

Note! 2 screws – M3x8 with large washers

• Remove remaining bottom plate fastening screws

Note! 7 screws – M3x6 with small washers

• Lift off the box

Note! Be aware of the Connector plate packings

• Replace the enclosing box

Note! Make sure all packings and bushings are correctly

positioned. See previous step.

• Mount the large screws fastening the box

Note! 7 screws – M4x6

• Mount the locking spring

Note! 2 screws – M3x8 with large washers

• Mount the remaining box fastening screws

Note! 7 screws – M3x6, with small washers
