LISTENING
TO
A
CD
1.
Press
the
CD
button.
2.
Press
the
OPEN/CLOSE
button
to
open
the
tray.
Load
a
disc
on
the
tray
with
label
facing
up.
3.
Press
the
OPEN/CLOSE
button
again
to
close
the
tray.
‘
‐‐‐
BUSY’
appears
on
the
display
and
no
button
works
till
it
disappears.
NOTE:
Never
place
more
than
one
disc
on
the
tray.
The
disc
must
be
placed
in
the
centre
of
the
disc
tray.
Incorrect
loaded
discs
may
result
in
severe
damage
that
the
tray
won’t
open
again
once
it
has
closed.
Do
not
force
the
tray
by
hand
during
opening
and
closing
operations.
4.
Press
the
PLAY/PAUSE
button
to
start
playing
and
‘
►
’
will
appear
on
display.
5.
To
skip
to
a
next/previous
track,
briefly
press
the
FF/FR
button
once
or
twice.
6.
You
may
also
press
FF
or
FR
button
to
fast
forward
or
rewind
the
track.
Hold
the
FF
or
FR
button
then
release
the
button
when
a
desired
point
has
been
reached.
NOTE:
Do
not
push
both
buttons
together
as
this
may
damage
the
unit.
As
the
unit
is
tracking
forward
or
backward
quickly,
you
will
hear
your
selection
playing
at
a
distorted
speed.
Simply
release
the
depressed
button
to
continue
playing
at
a
normal
speed.
7.
Press
PLAY/PAUSE
button
to
pause
playing
and
‘
’
will
show
on
the
left
side
of
the
display.
Press
the
button
again
to
resume
playing
where
it
was
paused.
NOTE:
Do
not
switch
the
unit
off
while
playing
a
CD
as
this
will
damage
the
unit.
8.
Press
STOP
button
to
stop
the
CD
playing.
