6 Troubleshooting

Please refer to the information below to remove faults on your device. If faults cannot be removed,
please contact your dealer or maintenance personnel. If none available please email to
[email protected] , Subject 808i trouble shooting.

I cannot turn on the phone

Press On/Off key till the startup screen appears.
Check if the battery is discharged.
Check if the battery is in poor contact. If so, remove the battery, install it again, and switch on your
device.

The phone does not respond in several minutes

Press the End key.
Remove the battery, install it again, and then switch on the phone.
