3.2 Key Functions
The table below lists the major functions of your phone keys.
Key
Function
End key
• Press and hold to switch on or off the device.
• Press to end a call or reject an incoming call.
• Press to return to standby mode.
Dial key
• Press to make an outgoing call or answer an incoming call.
• In standby mode, press to view the list of dialed calls.
Up, Down, Left,
Right keys
• Press to move through menus and tabs.
• In standby mode, press up to access corresponding shortcuts.
• You can also specify functional keys to change shortcuts in Setting / Phone
Setup menu.
OK key
• Press to confirm the selected function.
Left / Right soft
key
• Press to select the options shown above this key on the screen.
• In standby mode, press # key immediately to lock the keypad after pressing
Right Soft Key.
After the keypad is locked, press Right Soft Key and press # key immediately
to unlock it.
Number keys
0 – 9
• Dial numbers in standby mode, enter numerals and characters in edit mode,
and press the corresponding number key under Menu to switch the specified
function quickly.
• Press and hold key 2 – 9 to speed dial.
