USING THE NEMTEK KEY-CHAIN REMOTE

The  Nemtek  key-chain  remote  functions  as  either  a  handy  torch,  or  as  an
interface to the Agri xJ range of energizers.

The torch  function  can  be  activated  in  two different  ways.  By  either  holding
down  the    button  until  the  torch  activates,  or  by  switching  the  remote  on,
navigating through  the menu to  the item TORCH, and selecting  the  function
by  pressing  the

button.  With  the  torch  activated,  you  can  increase

brightness  by  pressing  the

button.  To  increase  brightness  quickly,  hold

down the   button. Use the   button to decrease brightness.

To  turn  the  Nemtek  key-chain  remote  on,  press  the    button  briefly.  If  you
press the   button for an extended period, the torch function will be activated
instead.

The remote has its own internal menu through which you can navigate back
and forth using the   or   buttons.

To  select  the  displayed  function  press  the    key.  Some  items  require  the
button to be pressed for an extended period, like the menu item PIN.

The  remote  can  be  turned  off  by  navigating  back  to  the  NEMTEK  item  and
pressing the   button.

The menu  item  PIN selected  through  the  long  press  of  the    button,  allows
the  setting  of  a  user  pin.  This  user  pin  is  used  in  locking  an  energizer.  To
change  a  digit  in  the  pin,  cycle  through  to  the  digit  by  repeatedly  pressing
and releasing the   button. The flashing cursor beneath the digit to be edited
will move to the right with each press and release of the   button. Increase
or decrease the value of the digit by pressing the   or   buttons. Once the
desired pin is set  by repeating this process for each digit in the  pin,  commit
the pin to the remotes memory through the long press of the   button. The
menu  will  return  to the  item  NEMTEK. The  pin  is  stored  in  the  remote  even
when the batteries are removed. Typically the pin need only be set once.

You need to remember or make a note of this pin for later referral so that in
the even your remote is lost or destroyed, that you can re-enter the same pin
into another or new remote. If you have locked an energizer using a remote,
and now no longer have access to that remote and you do not know what pin
was programmed into the remote, then to unlock your energizer can only be
done by returning your energizer to Nemtek.
