Description of Equipment
Ejector cleaner that does not contain electrical components. Suction is managed by compressed air powered vacuum.
Silencing hood of antistatic material.
Except from filter and hoses all parts are in direct contact with the pneumatic transport made of antistatic material.
Coated mild steel (the coating is not necessarily antistatic, but all steel parts are either with a connection point •
without coating, or with earthing).
Stainless steel, cold or hot galvanized steel, aluminium •
Antistatic EPDM, PEHD, PUR, PA6, PA12, PP, PE and PES/TF •
Hoses are earthed to the suction unit and to tools is any.
Hoses made of PE and filter made of PES/TF are antistatic right through.
Hoses made of PUR or PVC have a metal bounding spiral with a distance less than 20mm between each turn.
Each unit may be equipped with a pneumatic control box with timer circuit according to descriptive documents.
The size, shape and amounts of the components can vary, but the principles of construction are equal.
Ejector with supplementary parts will attain only the ambient temperature, which will be the max surface
temperature. Ta = 60°C = max surface temperature.

Special Conditions for Safe Use
The vacuum cleaner must always be earthed when in use. Using a conductive hose for compressed air can do this.
Hoses made of PUR or PVC with a metal spiral with distance less than 20mm between each turn are only allowed
for use in potentially explosive atmospheres of Group IIB gases.
Hoses made of PE are allowed for use in potentially explosive atmospheres of Group IIC gases.
