WARNING! Risk of personal injury.
• Always disable control system before disconnecting power to vacuum
cleaner.
• Completely disconnect the vacuum cleaner from all power sources before
any type of service or transportation.
• Empty dust into a container or dust bag, see Figure 11 .
• Do not place vacuum cleaner on an uneven surface.
• Always use proper protective equipment where there is a risk for exposure
to dust, see Figure 11 .
• Wear an approved breathing mask, and do not spread dust when cleaning
or replacing filters, see Figure 11 .
• Always use proper lifting equipment and protective gear.
Items to inspect What to look for Service
VACUUM OFF
Suction hoses,
couplings
Leaking suction hoses and couplings. Replace. For grounding, see Figure 5.
Cables and plugs Damaged cables and plugs Replace.
Gaskets Worn out, aged and leaking gaskets. Replace.
Cartridge filter Worn out filters. Replace.
Filter sock Full or torn filter sock. Clean or replace a full filter socks. Replace a torn filter
socks.
Silencer material Damaged silencing material. Replace.
Ejector nozzle Dirty ejector nozzle. Clean.
Wear plate, silo
Damaged or frayed rubber pad on the wear plate. Replace the wear plate.
Wear plate, grit and
dust separator
SIDE CHANNEL FAN
Motors Control that the motors are running clockwise as seen
from above.
Start the fan briefly, check the direction of rotation.
Impeller rotation must match the arrow on the fan
housing. If it does not, switch the phases L1 and L3 for
three-phase operation.
Starter Loose and damaged cables. Damaged electrical
components.
Replace damaged parts. Tighten cables.
