More Mailbox Features

When you log onto your mailbox, you get your mailbox main menu of options.

To record and send a message to a co-worker:

1.

Press your Voice Mail key or push 

VMsg

.

2.

Push 

Rec

.

3.

Listen to the voice prompt, wait for the beep, and start recording.

– Push 

Done 

when you are done recording your message.

– Push 

Pause 

and 

Resume 

to pause and resume your recording.

– Push 

Cncl 

to cancel your recording without sending it.

4.

Enter the 

message recipient’s

mailbox number.

5.

Do one of the following:

– Push 

Cont 

to send the message.

– Push 

Mbox 

to cancel your mailbox entry and get ready to enter another.

– Push 

Exit 

to exit without sending the message.

6.

Repeat steps 4 and 5 to send the message to additional co-workers.

7.

Push 

Exit 

when you are done.

To listen to your messages:

1.

Press your Voice Mail key or push 

VMsg

.

.

3.

While listening to your message, you can do one of the following:

Reply 

to record a reply for the message sender.

Forwd 

to forward the message to a co-worker.

to make a return call to the message sender.

to hear the time and date the message was sent.
