At a restart with the restart command
No program loading is performed, but the program previously loaded into DRAM is restarted. Startup con-
fig is loaded into DRAM as running config. If startup config cannot be found, the factory settings will be
used at startup.
All of the running config and statistical and other information, that existed before the restart will be lost.
