6-3-3. URL when connecting to an HTTP server
Although you normally specify “http://<IP Address of Projector>/index.html” as the URL when connecting to an HTTP server
(Example 2), you can also connect by specifying the host name as the URL if the following conditions are met (Example 1).
• The host name of the projector is registered with the domain name server
• The IP address and host name of the projector have been added to the “HOSTS” file on the PC
(Example 1) When the host name of the projector has been set to “pj.nec.co.jp”
http://pj.nec.co.jp/index.html is specified for the address or the entry column of the URL to access HTTP server
functions.
(Example 2) When the IP address of the projector is “192.168.10.10”
http://192.168.10.10/index.html is specified for the address or the entry column of the URL to access HTTP server
functions.
