4-4.SAS Controller Configurations
This product's configuration is optimized at factory shipment. Normally, reconfiguration is not
necessary, however, if necessary, you can reconfigure this product by using its utility.
Refer to "5.SAS BIOS - SAS Configuration Utility - " for the details of the SAS Configuration Utility.
Tips
After installing this product, the system cannot be booted from USB CD-ROM
drive. Please change the setting of SAS BIOS referring to "5-1. About SAS
Configuration Utility".
4-5.Install the Driver
To use this product, the appropriate SAS driver for your operating system must be installed. For
detailed information, refer to the “N8103-104 Setup Card” which is included in “N8103-104 SAS
Controller Windows Driver” as “\manual\Setup_eng.pdf”.
Tips
Install the OS to internal Hard disk according to the "User's Guide" provided with
the server.
