Chapter 2  Preparations 

7. 

Remove the blank cover of the riser card which you intend to install GPU. 

Open the parts fixing the blank cover to direction (1) and remove the blank cover by pulling it out to direction 

(2). 

 

8. 

Align and insert the terminal part of the GPU board correctly into the connector of the riser card, and secure 

the GPU with screws. Then, close the part in the direction of (3). 

 

9. 

Connect a power cable from the GPU to a power connector on the riser. 

10.  Slide the retaining clip to the unlock side.
