When registered to all DNRs for Backward Compatibility, the DMLS Application window

M166 New Events
The Messaging Application can only receive events for the handsets when they are
subscribed/registered to the destination extension number. For New Events for
M166, the following register command should be used:

The DNRRANGE can be:
- DNR.
- A wildcard range of DNRs (e.g. 12* means all destination numbers starting with
12.
