Interface Description
Please note that you can only get these events when the Messaging Application
Registers to it. You must register the DNR number of the destination (TODNR). The
Registration is done by means of the Register Command.
Backward Compatibility
The Messaging Application can only receive event for the handsets when they are
subscribed/registered to the destination DNR number. For Backward Compatibility,
the following register command should be used:

REG|ID|PPMSG|<DNRRANGE>
The DNRRANGE can be:
