Installing or Removing a 3.5-inch Floppy Disk
Drive
Removing a 3.5-inch Floppy Disk Drive
1.
Remove the right side door. See “Removing the Right Side Door” on page 4-4.
2.
Remove the front panel. See “Removing the Front Panel” on page 4-6.
3.
Disconnect the cables from the floppy disk drive.
4.
Press both slide rails ends to release the floppy disk drive
5.
Pull the floppy disk drive out of the frame.

Replace the front panel. See “Replacing the Front Panel” on page 4-6.
7.
Replace the right side door. See “Replacing the Right Side Door” on page 4-5.
8.
Set the floppy disk drive aside.
Installing a 3.5-inch Floppy Disk Drive
1.
Remove the right side door. See “Removing the Right Side Door” on page 4-4.
2.
Remove the front panel. See “Removing the Front Panel” on page 4-6.
3.
Take two slide rails marked as “FDD”. Slide rails come with the system in a plas-
tic bag.
4.
Attach the slide rails to the holes on both sides of the floppy disk drive.
