The options of this menu are described below.   

 

(a)  Save Changes and Exit 

The SETUP utility closes with all the changes saved in NVRAM (Non-volatile memory). After the SETUP utility 
closes, the system automatically reboots. 

(b)  Discard Changes and Exit 

The SETUP utility closes without saving the changes in NVRAM. The setting at startup of SETUP utility is 
retained. 
After the SETUP utility closes, the system automatically reboots. 

(c)  Save Changes and Power Off 

The SETUP utility closes with all the changes saved in NVRAM. 
After the SETUP utility closes, the power of the server is automatically turned off. 

(d)  Discard Changes and Power Off 

The SETUP utility closes without saving the changes in NVRAM. The setting at startup of SETUP utility is 
retained. 
After the SETUP utility closes, the power of the server is automatically turned off. 

(e)  Load Setup Defaults 

This option resets all values in the SETUP utility to the default settings. 

 

Note 

  The factory-set value may differ from the default value depending on your server 

model. Reconfigure each item according to your environment by referring to the 
list of settings in this section. 

  The values of iSCSI Configuration submenu and UEFI Driver Configuration 

submenu do not return to the default value.
