To restore the REDIAL key to the redial function:
1.
Enter setup mode (refer to steps 1~5
Switching from Desk to Cordless Using
a Softkey on page 4-6
).
2.
Press the F3 key and then the HOLD key. Digital (Redial) is displayed in the
LCD indicating that the redial function has been restored to the REDIAL key.
3.
Press the TALK key once to restore the handset to standby mode.

When using the handset, different status indications are displayed in the
handset LCD.
Acquiring Link
When the TALK key on the handset is pressed, the
handset attempts to connect to the base unit. The
ACQUIRING LINK message blinks on the handset
display (300 msec ON/300 msec OFF) to indicate
that connection is in progress.
After the connection is made between the handset
and base unit, a message is displayed in the LCD to indicate the condition of
the handset. Refer to
Table 4-2 LCD Display Indicators
for a list of possible
conditions.
