To forward to voicemail
- Press the Auto Attendant key the appropriate number of times to set the forwarding condition as follows
once - forward all incoming calls solid key lamp
twice - forward on no answer slow key lamp flash
three - forward on busy fluttering key lamp
four - forward on no answer/busy flickering key lamp
four - cancel key lamp idle
To access voicemail To record conversations †
- Press your Voice Mail key - Press the Conversation Record key (press again to stop)
To set answer machine emulation † (this feature allows you to hear the calling party leaving a message and to
decide whether to actually intercept the call or reject it and leave to voicemail)
