MANAGER/SECRETARY†

If you work closely with another colleague, such as a manager/secretary pairing, you may find it useful to be able to intercept
your colleague’s calls and to ‘buzz’ them to alert them to give you a call when convenient. You and your colleague require
Buzzer and Boss Call Forward keys to be programmed.

To ‘buzz’ your colleague   To cancel the Buzzer indication (before or after answer)
- Do not lift the handset   - Do not lift the handset
- Press the Buzzer key   - Press the Buzzer key

Your colleague hears a tone and their buzzer

key lamp flashes quickly.
Your buzzer key lamp is steady red.

To see who has ‘buzzed’ you To answer the Buzzer indication
- Do not lift the handset - Dial the number of the extension who
- Press the

CHECK

To set/cancel Pickup for your colleague
- Press the Boss Call Forward key
- Listen for a splash tone

The Boss Call Forward key lights when pickup is enabled, and you will intercept the calls for the other extension,

When an intercepted call signals at your station the key will flash.
