Introduction
NEC Corporatio n o f America, “NECAM”, o ffers o ne o f the
stro ngest warranty programs in the co mp uter ind ustry
including NECCare Stand ard, Gold and Platinum Maintenance
and Warranty Services. This document will focus on the
NECCare Standard/300 program for the Express5800/300
Series Fault Tolerant Servers.

business days after receipt of the defective part.

ho urs a day (8 AM to 5PM local time in the co ntinental US
and Canad a) Mo nday thro ugh Friday.

90 days telep ho ne support for preloaded so ft ware, (Windo ws
Operating Syste m).

90 days o f support for so ftware included in the base unit
(BIOS, ExpressBuilder and FT Management so ftware)
■
Available up grade optio ns for supp lemental services and or
up grade to Gold Support coverage.

PST. NECAM is not responsible for service calls missed outside the control of NECAM. If your location is outside
of a NECAM authorized third-party provider’s service coverage area, the response time may be longer and or an
additional travel charge may be assessed. In some cases on-site service may not be available. All service response
times are contingent upon parts availability.
