0401, System Options, Part A, Item 28: Hotel Wake Up
Call No Answer Mode
Enter 1 to have an extension automatically call the operator if
they don’t answer their Wake Up Call. Enter 0 to disable this
option.

0402, System Options, Part B, Item 5: Hotel Wake Up Call
Mode
For each Tenant Group (1-4), select the Hotel Wake Up Call
mode:
0 = Music on Hold
1 = VAU Message (specified in Program 2211)
2 = VAU Message (specified in Program 2211) followed by the
time

0406, COS Options, Item 110: Hotel Wake Up Call (Other
Phone)
In an extension’s Class of Service, enable (1) or disable (0) the
ability to set a Wake Up Call for another extension. You should
give this capability to the supervisor’s station. It is inappropriate
for most other extensions.

0406, COS Options, Item 119: Hotel Wake Up Call (Own
Phone)
In an extension’s Class of Service, enable (1) or disable (0) the
ability to set their own Wake Up Call. Most guests would appre-
ciate this capability.

Assign Class of Service to extensions.

2211, Hotel Wake Up Call VAU Message Assignment
For each Tenant Group (1-4), assign the VAU Message (01-16)
used for Wake Up Calls. You need to program this option only if
you have enabled mode 1 or 2 in Program 0402 Item 5 above.
