Clean Water Cup of Air Unit
This device which used as power source regulates and makes the compressed air clean.
1) Oil supply into oilier
Please checks the oil level before operate. If oil level is below the required level, re-fill with
the specified oil.
a.
Take apart oil inlet in air supply.
b.
Oil supply.
c.
Re-assemble oil inlet.
2) Extract water in filter unit
Please clean water cup every day to avoid water comes into air pipe, this will cause parts
damaged.
a.
Turn off cup
b.
Take it off to clean it
c.
Put it back
4.3.3.
Cleaning of air filter (option)
Be sure to dean at least
once a week
with air gun or water after dismounting filter.
After dismounting filter remove dust on the fins with air gun.
Neglect of periodical cleaning may result in malfunction, so be sure to clean regularly.
Air fog will damage electrical/electronic control system, please make sure the door of
electrical/electronic cabinet has been closed and locked.
