Check whether unit has been connected with power supply.
Turn on the unit.

Contact service center or authorized service provider immediately.
No air is being blown out of the Air Outlet.

Air quality still has not improved despite
operating for a long time.
If the unit is used in a seriously polluted area, the treatment
process will take longer than normal. It is recommended to use
more units or use the unit for a longer time if necessary.
Filter might require cleaning or replaced.
Clean or replace filter.
Air speed at Outlet becomes slow.
HEPA Filter might be clogged or blocked.
Replace the HEPA Filter. (Please refer to “FILTER CARE AND
REPLACEMENT”)
Make sure all packaging materials are removed.
Unit produces unusual noise.
Make sure all packaging materials are removed.
Make sure Air Inlet and Air Outlet are not blocked by foreign matter.
Remove all adjacent objects that block the airflow.
Unit might be malfunctioning.
Seek advice from service center or authorized service provider.
Unit emits unusual smell or smoke
(eg. Smoke, flame, burning)
Turn off unit and disconnect power supply. Immediately contact
service center or consult authorized service provider.
