Bluetooth
®
(bt) Mode
A Bluetooth enabled device must be paired
with the radio before using them together for
the first time. After a device has been paired,
the radio will automatically connect to it when
placed in Bluetooth (bt) mode.
1.
Make sure Bluetooth® is enabled on your
device. Enable it if it hasn't.
2. Press c!.> until the display reads bt. The ra
dio is now in Bluetooth mode.
3. Use your device to search for available
Bluetooth devices (i.e., your radio). This
function is usually in the Bluetooth set
tings menu; refer to your device's in
struction manual to learn more
4. The radio will announce itself as "NAXA
NRC-182." Select it from the list.

5. The radio will play an ascending tone to
indicate that pairing was successful. Start
playback on your device.

If the pairing process fails, turn
the radio oft place it in BT mode
again, and repeat steps 1-5.
Make sure that the volume of your
device is set to its maximum level;
then use the radio to adjust the
volume to
a
comfortable level.
If your device supports Bluetooth
remote functions, you will also be
able to use buttons on the radio
to control playback.
The radio cannot be paired with
more than one device at
a
time.
