ES File Explorer
The ES File Explorer app allows you to
manage files on your tablet. You can
also use it to install apps that have
been downloaded from the Internet
(i.e., APK files).
When you launch the app, it will list all the files and
folders on your tablet. Tap a file or folder to open it.
