devices or device is covered Place the device in an open space
with a view of a sky. Take out
from other electric devices.
Touch screen responds
improperly Wrong calibration Perform calibration
No sound Wrong volume setting Chheck volume settings of device
and navigation software
FM transmitter is enabled Disable FM transmitter
Can’t launch
navigation software Missing memory card Check if the memory card with
navigation software is inserted
Missing navigation software Install navigation software
Damaged memory card Backup memory card contents if
possible, format memory card
and reinstall the software.
