There will be error codes displayed on the remote controller and on the PCB board (within 
the unit) of any problems or failures that occur with the combination water heater.     
 
NOTE: To reset the combination water heater, either unplug and re-plug the electric 

supply or if a remote controller is installed, press the power button of the remote 
controller 

“OFF” then “ON”.
