Cleaning the Combination Water Heater

Cleaning the Combination Water Heater: 

Wipe  the  outside  surface  with  a  damp  cloth.  Use  a  mild  detergent  (non-

acidic, non-abrasive cleanser) to remove any surface stains. 

 

 

Cleaning the Remote Controller 

Wipe  the  surface  with  a  damp  cloth.  The  remote  controller  is  moisture 

resistant but NOT water proof. Keep it as dry as possible.

Make  sure  the  unit  is  OFF  and  the 
electrical 

power 

supply 

has 

been 

disconnected.  The  combination  water 
heater  may  remain  very  hot  for  several 
minutes  after  it  is  turned  off.  To  prevent 
burns,  wait  until  the  equipment  has 
cooled  down  before  inspecting  or 
servicing.
