TV Scanning Process:

 

1. Connect the Coaxial cable to the connector 

located on the bottom cover.  

2. With the power supply connected to the wall 

outlet, touch and hold the “Nautilus” icon for 

five seconds to enter the “SETUP” mode. 

3. Tap the Customize icon. 

4. Press the forward arrow until you reach the 

3rd page. 

5. Tap the Cable icon. 

6. This will initialize the channel scan mode for 

about 8 minutes.  

7. After scanning, go back to select a program 

and enter workout page to play TV.
