12. Measuring a Ramp
1.
Measure door width and analyze door swing.
2.
Measure the height of the step at the door – anything greater than 3" should have a platform.
Absolute minimum elevation for a platform is 2.5", but only if the stoop is perfectly level.
3.
Measure overall step height.
