The PXIe-8821 has no PS/2 connector, and you need to use a USB Y-splitter cable as shown
below, or a similar device, to connect both a PS/2 mouse and PS/2 keyboard. National
Instruments part number 778713-02 is such a cable and is available through the online catalog

What if I don’t have a Y-splitter cable? Can I still use a mouse
and keyboard?
If you do not have a Y-splitter cable, plug a USB keyboard into any USB connector. You can
also plug a USB mouse into any USB connector.
How do I connect a VGA monitor to the PXIe-8821?
You can use a DisplayPort-to-VGA adapter (part number 782271-01) available from National
Instruments to connect a VGA monitor to a DisplayPort connector.
How do I connect two monitors to the PXIe-8821?
The PXIe-8821 includes one version 1.2 DisplayPort connector that supports daisy-chain
connection with multiple monitors.
