Software Requirements

To calibrate the NI 5663, you must install NI-RFSA version 2.3 or later and the NI Spectral 
Measurements Toolkit version 2.4 or later on the calibration system.

Note

NI-RFSA version 2.1 does not include adjustment VIs.
