Note All I/O terminals come unpopulated in the DCM Starter Harness kit. These
connections must be populated by the user in order for the relevant functions to be
used. For more information about wiring I/O, refer to the
NI DCM User Guide .
Configuring the PDU-2300
The PDU-2300 may be configured for 12 V or 24 V systems. The PDU ships configured for 12 V
systems by default. Complete the following steps to configure the PDU for 24 V systems. See
Figure 2 below for illustration of fuse placement for 12 V and 24 V setup.
1.
Open the PDU cover to expose the various relays and fuses.
2. Remove 7.5 A fuses from slots F12 and F13 and set aside.
3. Fill slot F14 (empty by default) with one of the 7.5 A fuses removed in the previous step.
4. Save the remaining fuse as a replacement.
