05.02 Coupling and uncoupling SUNFLOWER HEADER
For the coupling of the harvester SUNFLOWER HEADER to the combine proceed with caution according to the
instructions in the manual of use and maintenance of the combine.
Attach cardan shaft protections with the two cable chains to the structure of the sunflower header; after installing the
header, make sure that the flange adheres to the channel of the combine and hooks / studs are closed properly.
The truck for transport must be appropriate in size and weight capacity.
It must be equipped with lifting cranes required to eventually lift the header.
The lifting operation must be performed by specialized and authorized people and it
should be performed with the maximum care to avoid damages to both people and
things.
Before lifting, check the effective mass of the element to handle and make sure the
lifting equipments (ropes, hooks and eyebolts) are adequate to lift and move the
header.
Before lifting, check the crane's capacity.
In the case of transport the sole by a transport company or final customer
responsibility is of the same.
CAUTION!
After placing the sunflowers header on the basket support (not supplied with the
header), hook the head or and proceed to engage the coupling PTO shaft on the left
