This is a full electronic oven control unit. Serve to select the desired Cooking Function and Temperature
besides 6 touch buttons for adjustments. (other two touch buttons serve to select the desired Cooking
Function and Temperature)
The user is guided through the menus by alphanumeric and symbolic explanations appearing on the
wide view angle TFT screen. During a cooking, the status of the oven and cooking process is indicated in
details on this screen .
Cooking Function Selection touch button:
Resides on the left hand side of the oven and the screen and serves to select the desired
cooking function. As the big oven symbol with symbolized cooking function is flashing on the screen (
means you are allowed to change the currently assigned cooking function ), rotating it one step
clockwise will bring the next available cooking function onto the screen , rotating it one step
counterclockwise the one before. The cooking function appearing on the screen will be accompanied
by its default assigned Temperature , flashing on the screen.
Temperature Adjustment touch button ( C ) :
Resides on the right hand side of the oven and the screen and serves to adjust the cooking
Temperature. As the Temperature assigned to the cooking function is flashing, temperature is
adjustable within limits to touching up and down buttons. Each touching step exchange the
temperature 5°C.
Touch Buttons:
Switches the oven ON or OFF upon long press ( 1 sec ) , independent of the child lock. Any
running program will be cancelled when turned OFF.
When scrolling through screen menus, pressing this button has the function of returning to the
previous menu , at the end resulting in the idle screen. Pressing this button during a running
cooking program will pause , a long ( 2 sec ) press will cancel the program.
Serves to toggle between idle and main
menü screens . In some cases / screens , it serves as a
shortcut key to access directly the related edit
menü.
